FAQs

Your questions answered

What's the maximum temperature your labware can handle?

Reliable performance up to 1750°C with strong thermal shock resistance — exact rating depends on the ceramic material specified, with alumina, mullite and quartz options matched to your application.

What purity levels are available?

Alumina is available up to 99.99% purity for ultra-low contamination service. Other materials including boron nitride, fused silica and rare-earth options can be supplied for chemically aggressive environments.

Do you supply replacement furnace tubes for Carbolite, Leco or Lindberg?

Yes. We supply replacement furnace tubes and labware components for principal laboratory furnaces — typically in dense alumina or mullite grades.

What standard labware shapes are stocked?

We hold extensive in-stock ranges of crucibles, boats, ignition dishes, lids, support plates and quartz tubes. Custom shapes are produced rapidly to specification.

Are dishes available with fitting lids?

Yes. Dishes are supplied in square or rectangular shapes with matching lids — designed to deliver uniform heating and consistent results for ashing, pyrolysis and material testing.
